Hey everyone,
No show today because we lost a great one. My grandfather, the smartest guy I’ve ever known, passes away this morning at the age of 92.
True, hard ass Italian stock, a survivor of WW 2 and the Army Corps of Engineers, Jesuit educated and trained and a sponge for knowledge, he was one of a kind. Even at the age of 43, he was still trying to get me to go to Gonzaga, one of the places he loved the most in this world.
He was an amazing guy, a great man to have as a grandfather and one of the world’s worst cooks, but he never stopped trying.
I loved him and I’ll miss him.
